The Premier of Alberta and oil company and pipeline executives want you to believe that building a Canada East or a pipeline west to Vancouver is a political issue and an economic necessity. They are wrong. It is an ethical issue and the resistance to constructing new pipelines is not going to fade away until the ethical issues involved are addressed and resolved.
